A traditional landmark on the Rock ’n’ Roll calendar; The Godfathers' Saint Valentine's Day Massacre returns to London on February 14th 2012 at the O2 Academy, Islington.

Supports were confirmed last week as Medway's finest Mod-rockers The Len Price 3, and Bristol's Lone Sharks who impressed when previously supporting The Godfathers.

DJ Bonanza & Son (Resonance 104.4FM) will be providing exquisite aural entertainment before and after the live sets.

This will be The Godfathers first show in the UK for over a year, and their first show in London since the recording of the acclaimed live DVD/CD 'The Godfathers - Shot Live At The 100 Club' in June 2010.
The band released 2 download singles during 2011 'Back Into The Future' and 'The Outsider' (available globally on iTunes) between hectic stints of touring North America and Europe.
Expect some surprises in the Valentines Massacre set, including debuts of more material the band have been working on and recording for the forthcoming new album.

We are very excited to announce that 'Bob Dylan will be playing Santa Claus' so come along, sit on his knee and see what he’s got in his sack for you! 'Bob Dylan As Santa Claus' will also play a live set tonight.

Bonanza & Son has moved into its ninth year of presenting the best in Country, Blues, Americana and Roots Music and recently celebrated four years of ‘Countrier Than Thou' at the Lock Tavern.

Way back in the days when Country was still a dirty word round these parts and Americana was thought by some to be simply a typo’ error, not only having consistently sourced excellence in traditional Country, Bonanza has also discovered the most forward thinking Avant-Country, Punk-Blues, Americana and Roots with zero irony just good old quality music and very good times.

Bonanza & Son also broadcast a popular weekly radio show on Resonance 104.4FM (Every Monday evening 11pm-Midnight with repeats Sunday afternoons 1-2pm) as well as running numerous other club nights and dj sets in the Capital.

The Hallelujah Trails:
Rising from the ashes of various Bonanza favourites including Norton Money, The Help and The Rejection these guys ’n’ gals will ensure that if you come gather round people wherever you roam then thee shall hear truly exquisite and authentic harmonies from these San Franciscan, Bay Area and English ‘cats’.

The Hallelujah Trails are named after one of Bonanza & Son’s favourite Comico-Westerns from 1965 in which a wagon train heads for Denver with a cargo of whisky for the miners. Chaos ensues as the Temperance League, the US cavalry, the miners and the local Native Americans all try to take control of the valuable cargo and with any luck the Lock Tavern will be host to similar shenanigans tonight especially if this band of Merry Pranksters has anything to do with it!

These guys n Gals have been attracting and delighting audiences wide and far with their laid-back as well as upbeat, psychedelic take on Country and Americana in addition to which there are now more Rock 'N' Roll-like interludes plus heart-lifting, cosmic-barnstorming and inspired Folk elements to their live performance.

Now fast proving themselves a sterling, class live act and rocking packed houses with their upbeat, West-Coast harmonies and tripped-out, bitter-sweet Post-Country lyrics...Expect them to raise the roof tonight and smash the barn doors wide-open and paint ‘em red on the way out!

Multi-instrumentalist troubadour and Strummerville featured stompin' one man band harmoniser Dylan Walshe will entrance and entertain you with his captivating stories carried all the way from Dublin.

He has been likened to both Billy Childish and Mississippi John Hurt in equal measures or indeed any of the original Bluesmen like Leadbelly, Sonny Boy Williamson or Robert Johnson all melded together to give us something fresh in the vein of Steve Earle aboard a steamboat full of modern Sea Shanties and Celtic tales carried all the way from Dublin to London and back again.

We also think there's more than a touch of Nick Cave in there as well as Dylan’s namesake tucked in there too which is no bad thing.

'Son of B’ loved it but 'old fart Bonanza' couldn’t help but pick fault!

The thing is (ha ha ha ha geddit?) as I was saying, the thing is it certainly ain’t no prequel that’s for sure and it felt like it was clumsily 'tagged on’ to the front of Carpenters original…

but yeah let yourself go and it’s a good old fun & scary watch for half the family!.. We’ll be asking questions about both films and giving away prizes tonight at our Cosmic Film Club at The New Rose...

Bonanza & Son has moved into its ninth year of presenting the best in Country, Blues, Americana and Roots Music and recently celebrated four years of ‘Countrier Than Thou' at the Lock Tavern.

Way back in the days when Country was still a dirty word round these parts and Americana was thought by some to be simply a typo’ error, not only having consistently sourced excellence in traditional Country, Bonanza has also discovered the most forward thinking Avant-Country, Punk-Blues, Americana and Roots with zero irony just good old quality music and very good times.

Bonanza & Son also broadcast a popular weekly radio show on Resonance 104.4FM (Every Monday evening 11pm-Midnight with repeats Sunday afternoons 1-2pm) as well as running numerous other club nights and dj sets in the Capital.

The Elasticated Waste Band:
A raggle-taggle, travelling minstrel ensemble of Banjo pickers, Penny whistle slickers, Howlin' Slim Harmonica Lickers, Eukelele flickers, Fiddle diddlers, crooners, swooners that all make for a veritable old-timey, medicine show of a freaky, Louisianna style rag-time Punk-Band!

The Elasticated Waste Band's sound also collides drunkenly but always majestically into vintage pre-War Blues, Hillbilly, Bluegrass and even Rootsy-Tootsy Ska workouts!

+ Mad Staring Eyes:
Mad Staring Eyes hail from North London and have been playing together since they were 15 years old. Imagine a kind of Avant-Country family band akin to The Carter Family but with London accents and a contemporary edge.

After releasing their self-titled, debut album they were invited to play the John Peel stage at Glastonbury and they have since played all over the UK as well as in the US of A, Canada, Germany and even Russia! They have played acclaimed international festivals such asSouth By South West in Austin, Texas and North By North East in Toronto.

Their latest and soon to be released album was recorded live onto tape using only vintage equipment and draws on influences from The Band to Ryan Adams, The Byrds to Bruce Springsteen to Van Morrison.

Marley’s Mellow Mood has announced a series of free laid-back, acoustic sessions taking place over the next three Sunday’s in London, Manchester and Glasgow. Marley’s Mellow Mood is a new kind of drink, created in partnership with Bob Marley's family and for every one sold, there’s a donation to the Marley family’s official charitable platform, 1love.org.

The London show takes place this Sunday (November 13th) at the Lock Tavern in Camden with a one-off, up close and personal acoustic performance from Mystery Jets man and emerging star in his own Right, Kai Fish. Burning Condors:
This is Neo-Rockabilly just how it should be written, played & performed so no hint of any dodgy allegiance to Confederate flags and definitely no 'holier-than-thou, you-can't-listen-to-'MY’-music bad ATTITUDE!

Burning Condors are four London lads who have garnered much interest amongst both the young scenesters as well as the old Rockers; talking AND walking with a sound that owes as much to the likes of Stray Cats, Johnny Cash, Eddie Cochrane and The Clash as it does to The Libertines or The Arctic Monkeys... Oh and there’s even a bit of Kings Of Leon and perhaps a hint of Morrissey's backing band (think Boz Boorer not The Smiths!)

The band have just returned from a sacred homage trip to the Nashville where they have been recording as well as taking part in such prestigious events as the Muddy Roots Festival in Cookesville Tennessee, having their photos taken by Jack White and Jerry Lee Lewis photographer Joshua Black Wilkins, as well as hanging out with such Rock ’N’ Roll luminaries as Wanda Jackson and The Legendary Shack Shakers.

The 'Condors have created a genuinely unique and exciting hybrid that is firmly rooted in Blues, Rockabilly and Country and given it an extra big kick in the arse with a snarling Garage Punk attitude that has seen comparisons made and labels sewn as 'New Punkabilly'.

We at Bonanza simply think it sounds shit-hot and that's good enough for us. The 'Condors hard-hitting, rootsy yet contemporary sound often draws comparisons to the Bluesy, Garage-Rock of the 60's but what helps it remain refreshing is these geezers always keep it London. No fake tales of the Arizona Desert or Route 66 although after their trip to Tennessee who knows?.. Either way The Condors are the real deal.

J.D's debut album 'A Jukebox Riot', recorded by Darrel Higham was hailed by critics and fans alike as well as being picked up by Total Rock's radio show, Bizarre Magazine and also featured on a recent Andrew Weatherall podcast.

He’s been honing his Punk-Blues licks by gigging non stop for the past year so expect big things and an even bigger sound from The 'Rockabilly Boy Wonder'.

Well it’s a huge week for Bonanza & Son Promotions as firstly we’ve changed our name slightly to reflect the new family business vibe, we are also very excited to officially announce the relaunch of our radio show on ResonanceFM which broadcasts from Monday 10th October with A Glen Campbell Special.

Thursday sees us celebrate our 4th Birthday of Countrier Than Thou at The Lock Tavern with two of our favourite acts on the Americana scene at the moment and then as we head into the weekend we have two DJ sets, one at Defectors Weld on Friday and on Saturday we’re at Filthy MacNasties…

Bonanza's 'Countrier Than Thou' club night has now been successfully running at The Lock Tavern for FOUR WHOLE YEARS and to celebrate we have booked two of our favourite bands on the Americana circuit The Family and Stax Dempsey.

There will also be a special giveaway Bonanza mix compilation cd for the early birds.

Bonanza has been presenting the best in Country, Blues, Americana and Roots Music for four years at the Lock Tavern from way back in the days when Country was still a dirty word round these parts and Americana was thought by some to be simply a typo error!

Primal Scream have been trying to capture this kind of sound for years but never quite managed the authentic Americana... So think early Faces having a boozy punch-up with Messrs Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson and Kris Kristofferson or Country-Honking Rolling Stones getting sour-mashed with'Sweetheart Of The Rodeo' era Byrds.

Now Augmented into a shit-kicking and rocking 5 piece...Output recordings hotshot and Californian via Greenwich village Neo-Boho Native New York genius Stax Dempsey will weave a sophisticated and complex blend of loops, samples, 60's rock and oscillating acid trickery as well as good old fashioned, analogue, with his full on Americana and Rock 'n’ Roll plus purple flashes of Psychedelia and Surf music band.

Bonanza's 'Countrier Than Thou' club night (last Thursday of every month) has been successfully presenting the best in Country, Blues, Americana and Roots Music for four years at the Lock Tavern from way back in the days when Country was still a dirty word round these parts and Americana was thought by some to be simply a typo error!

Bonanza has consistently sourced excellence in traditional Country as well as the most forward thinking Avant-Country, Blues, Americana and Roots music with zero irony just good old-fashioned quality music and very good times.

Bonanza also broadcasts a popular weekly radio show on ResonanceFM (relaunching in September) as well as running numerous other club nights and dj sets in the capital.

A very welcome return for our favourite One-man Blues sensation and fire-breathing, whiskey guzzling Bluesman

D-66 has been holed up in the deserts of North Africa (I kid you not) and after training in the desert camps of the Touareq, 2 attempted sex changes, kickin off the Arab revolution and surviving the terrorist bomb plot against his life in the Souks of Marrakech he is back with a vengeance and a Robert Johnson-like transformation; see him play like no other of his kind!!!

This Tasmanian devil-dodging one-man band from Hoarse Records has toured the world as far afield as Brazil and Martinique where he recorded his album 'Chainsaw Blues', armed only with his guitar, a mobile phone + the local bull-frogs as backing singers!!!... So, fresh or rather sweating, from his recent European/Mediterannean/South American tour, as well as being featured on Mark Lamarr's Radio 2 show, D-66 is gonna blow your socks off with his dirty-dawg show of animalistic, cannibalistic, bone-through-the-nose Screamin' and Hawking.

Jack White can only have wet dreams about being this gnarly and this good!

D-66 has also specially composed some dirt-road, bad-ass Country tunes just for us... Aren't we the lucky ones?... Yeeeeee Haaaaaaa!

All the way from North Carolina US of A Greg brings a guitar case full of authentic yet unique and beguiling Americana-Soul and Bluegrass.

He will be showcasing a brand new album 'People You May Know’ which is a series of character sketches inspired by experience, observation, imagination and affairs of the heart. You may know these people; you may even be one of these people. Every song is a story.

The album title is also a wink and a nod at social networks' current ubiquity; how these networks have changed our interactions with the world and how they connect and reveal us to each other but also how their presence can serve to isolate us or complicate relationships.

'People You May Know’ is Greg’s third solo album, following 2009’s 'Trunk Songs' and 2010’s ‘Realign Your Mind’.

Bonanza is very happy to finally have this travelling troubadour aboard and that his meandering path of genre adventures in songwriting crosses the Lock Tavern stage.

The Lucky Strikes:
First time on the Bonanza stage for this bunch of twisted, Americana renegades who were featured on the cover-mounted cd of the January edition of Uncut Magazine no less. Uncut went on to describe them as 'one’s to watch in 2011’and we ain’t gonna argue with that.

The Lucky Strikes will be showcasing their brand new album, ‘Gabriel Forgive My 22 Sins’ , a concept album of epic proportions which tells the tale of boxing champ, Frankie Valentinez, who loses his mind after throwing a fight.

The Strikes' wrap this tale in a dusty, old parchement of CrazyHorse styled Avant-Country Rock. A sort of amalgam of 'Exile' era Stones with The Black Keys at their loudest’. This is raucous, Rock 'n' Roll with a thumping Blues heart beat... or should that be Heart-BEEF?.. These boys also know how to play soft and delicate in equal amounts to display bathos, pathos and melancholy as well as balls to the wall Rock 'N' Roll.

There is also more than a Spaghetti Western, camp-fire whiff of such diverse characters as Ennio Morricone, Calexico, Tom Waits, Neil Young, The Band with Bob Dylan as well as tobacco, typewriters, whiskey and fiddles all telling the tale of the sale of Robert Johnson’s soul at a Mississippi Crossroads.

He is a one man band with the power of an orchestra. A man by the name of Snake but looking like an octopus as he psychotically but skillfully and simultaneously plays guitar, drums, harmonica whilst also providing all the vocals. Incredible to see but even more incredible to hear as he melds all your favourite sounds of the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s and brings it all right up to date. Imagine MC5 jamming with Ariel Pink and calling it MC1 or Todd Rundgren on the road with early ZZ Top providing authentic, broken-down, no messing, proper-sounding old school Blues that is good for your soul… You will all love him I guarantee it!

Ex Atom Seed Simon James has been working as Onions for the past few years and with his now sold-out debut album, 'The Old Straight Track', under his belt he has augmented his line-up. This has allowed him to take his original one-man, guitar-maestro virtuosity way-out of the solo Blues & Folk singer-songwriter realm into a far more atmospheric and ethereal kosmos of cascading Psychedelic otherness.

This new direction is reminiscient of John Fahey if he were fronting classic era Kraftwerk or perhaps John Martyn playing lead to such Krautrock stalwarts as Can, Harmonia or even Neu.

Ben Folke Thomas:
Ben Thomas is a London- based, Swedish-born singer-songwriter. At 22 he’s one of the most exciting prospects coming out of the London acoustic scene, and a stalwart of the London Americana scene

Starting his musical career as drummer in a grunge band his life was transformed when he heard Kurt Cobain singing ‘In The Pines’ on the Unplugged record. Steeping himself in Leadbelly, Bob Dylan, and Leonard Cohen, by the age of 20 he was an accomplished finger-picker, confident performer, and mature songwriter. Jaded Londoners didn’t know what had hit them when they first heard songs like ‘Paradise Lost (Heaven Found)’, and saw this robust performer with a stage presence recalling the Bob Dylan of two decades ago.

With its renaissance as a print magazine ‘BoB’ has launched as a boutique record label and are pleased to announce their first release as being a six-track CD mini-album by BENJAMIN FOLKE THOMAS.

On Sat 4th June 2011 we will pay tribute to the true Queen of Country Miss Patsy Cline (September 8 1932 – March 5 1963)

Patsy Cline took the standards for being a Country music vocalist and raised the bar to cross over into the mainstream delighting audiences and fans of ’ALL’ genres. A true innovator as well as an artist who gained mass appeal; it’s scary to think what might have happened if her life had not been so sadly cut short at the peak of her career.

We will celebrate her life & those she has influenced and been influenced by with bands, djs, visuals and film projections.

+ Emit Bloch:
London based American Country Beatnik and Son of a Utah Cattle rancher Emit Bloch draws on a rich history of Americana and beyond to create his distinct brand of authentic sounding lo-fi, Avant-Americana.

Primarily relying on the basics of voice, guitar and harmonica, Bloch fuses old-timey structures, absurdist wit and earthy melancholy to produce highly narrative Country tunes that bring something fresh and vital to the great American tradition of the Country-Folk song and speak of today as well as of yesteryear.

An exceptional songwriter, very much in the same lineage that runs from Hank Williams to Woody Guthrie, through to Bob Dylan right up to and beyond Bon Iver, Silver Jews, Devendra Banhart et al.

Bloch recorded a batch of songs for his One Little Indian released debut album, ‘Dictaphones Vol. 1’, at home from his kitchen table for the princely sum of just £6 with all tracks recorded directly to his dictaphone. It went on to be HMV’s recommended album of the week as well as a five star review in Mojo Magazine.

His sound has matured and been augmented by the use of psychedelic effects and ephemera. Can’t wait!

'The Finger' always blows the roof off any venue we’ve put him on and he’s back to show his utmost respect for the Captain Don Van Vliet with his pounding, primal, amped-up & freaked-out Blues racket direct from the bowels of Hell; erupting molten, fuzz lap-steel, screaming harmonica riffs and insane, bestial howling in a scorching-hot cocktail of crazed Trash-Country Psych-Blues.... Phew... Imagine Son House being spit-roasted by The Butthole Surfers as they whistle songs by Hank Williams I, II & III around Black Sabbath's Country camp-fire that the Captain himself insists on dowsing with petrol every five minutes and you'll be somewhere close to his sound!

HonkeyFinger has worked with Two Lone Swordsmen as well as having his songs remixed by the God-like genius that is Mr. Andrew Weatherall. Not to be missed!

Bonanza's 'Countrier Than Thou' club night (Normally Last Thursday of every month) has been successfully presenting the best in Country, Blues, Americana and Roots Music for over three years at the Lock Tavern way back in the days when Country was a dirty word round these parts and Americana was thought by some to be a typo error!

Bonanza has consistently sourced excellence in traditional Country as well as the most forward thinking Avant-Country, Blues, Americana and Roots music with zero irony just good old-fashioned quality music and very good times.

Bonanza also hosts a popular weekly radio show on ResonanceFM as well as numerous other club nights in the capital.

Live acts:

Loretta:
Loretta are two multi instrumentalist troubadours from Wisbech and Dublin who have joined forces to fight the good Folk/Roots fight on behalf of us all. 'Our boys' Glenn Hodge & Dylan Walshe who are also proven individual artists in the own right utilise Loretta as a platform to rework songs from their individual past as well as to deliver a new dynamic previously not possible as solo artists. These new songs mix Blues, Folk, Country and all things rootsy to give us all something fresh in the vein of Steve Earle aboard a boat full of modern Sea Shanties and Celtic tales carried all the way from Dublin to London and back again.

They also recently performed a killer live session on Bob's Folk Show on RadioWey.

Expect to be entranced and entertained with their captivating tales from an act likened to such diverse artists as Billy Childish and Mississippi John Hurt in equal measures or indeed any of the original Bluesmen like Leadbelly, Sonny Boy Williamson or even Robert Johnson as well as Post-Modern troubadours like Nick Cave at his most Roots-based and even a smarttering of Dylan-esque witticisms. Bonanza's 'Countrier Than Thou' club night (Last Thursday of every month) has been successfully presenting the best in Country, Blues, Americana and Roots Music for over three years at the Lock Tavern way back in the days when Country was a dirty word round these parts and Americana was thought by some to be a typo error!

Bonanza has consistently sourced excellence in traditional Country as well as the most forward thinking Avant-Country, Blues, Americana and Roots music with zero irony just good old-fashioned quality music and very good times.

Bonanza also hosts a popular weekly radio show on ResonanceFM as well as numerous other club nights in the capital.

Burning Condors:
This is Neo-Rockabilly just how it should be written, played & performed... So no hint of any dodgy allegiance to Confederate flags and definitely no 'holier-than-thou-you-can't-listen-to-'MY'-music ATTITUDE!

Burning Condors are four London lads who have created interest in equal measures amongst both the young scenesters as well as the old Rockers; talking AND walking with a sound that owes as much to the likes of Stray Cats, Johnny Cash and Eddie Cochrane as to The Libertines and Arctic Monkeys... Oh and even a bit of Kings Of Leonand perhaps a hint of Morrissey's backing band (think Boz Boorer notThe Smiths!)

The 'Condors have created a genuinely unique and exciting hybrid sound that is firmly rooted in Blues, Rockabilly and Country and given an extra big kick in the arse by a snarling Garage Punk attitude that has seen comparisons made and labels sewn as 'New Punkabilly'.

We at Bonanza simply think it sounds shit-hot and that's good enough for us. The 'Condors hard-hitting, rootsy yet modern sound often draws comparisons to the Bluesy, Garage-Rock of the 60's but what helps it remain sane and refreshing is these geezers always keep it London. No fake tales of the Arizona Desert or Route 66 here then and in that sense The Condors are the real deal... Rockin'!

Ex member of the influential and now legendary Spacemen 3, Sterling 'Rosco' Roswell, will pay tribute to the late great Syd Barrett with a backing band (The Lysergics) that could only be bettered by the actual Pink Floyd themselves.

After leaving Spacemen 3 he formed Shoegaze, Neo-Psych' band The Darkside.

Since going solo Rosco has been increasingly inventive and challenging. He has seemingly and effortlessly avoided categorisation and it has even been argued by Mojo writer Peter Paphides in a review of Rosco's last album that Sterling Roswell may, in actual fact, have been the true creative genius behind Spacemen
3!..

After hearing his latest single and the demos for his upcoming album this is not hard to
believe.

His latest single 'Kicks' was given a four out of five star review in this months 'Record Collector' magazine and his recent batch of songs display a maturity and psychedelic sophistication reminiscent of the trippier moments of Serge Gainsbourg with Jane Birkin and a self-production on a par withLee Hazlewood.

Diverse influences and references abound across the spectrum from 'Notorious Byrd Brothers' era Byrds to 'Hallelujah'
era Leonard Cohen and songs that should be sung by Kris Kristofferson.

'Cornish lads are fishermen, and Cornish boys are miners too, but when the fish and tin are gone, what are the Cornish boys to do…?'

Well probably something as gloriously erstwhile as these boys... Surrounded by beers, beards and banjos Here are are four lads, collectively known as Crowns, together kicking around the local bars all baby-faced compared to their peers and with a collective age of only ONE Rolling Stone these lads hang on every verse, jig and reel in the smoky, salty air.

With a double shot of spunky youth, Crowns emit a mix of rousing sing-along anthems, Avant- Celtic Sea Shanties, foot-stomping rhymes and swaying, heartfelt ballads.

Crowns, now an export, are running Londoners ragged all over the capital, spreading little drops of Cornwall in their wake... We should know cos they rocked Bonanza's Joe Strummer Day Of The Dead tribute at Filthy MacNasty's last year. Can't wait.

Bonanza is very excited to have Winterhours play at Countrier Than Thou this month with their majestic and ehuberant wall of Psychedelic Country-Rock and Americana.

Their 'Golden Assembly' EP of last year was rarely off the Bonanza turntable with it's swirling, chiming, backwards guitars bursting through phase and tremelo like the first blooms of a dewy Spring comedown Sunday morning!!!

Tonight they will showcase their upcoming new single for a Lock Tavern crowd's exclusive delectation with it's dreamy, atmospheric, sometimes delicate at others times epic wall of sound. Laden with emotion and colour, echoing rich, lush harmonies to weep and die for and showing the band paying homage to their Americana, Folk and Indie influences.

There's a definite nod to the drama and beauty of Band Of Horses as well as a knowing reminiscience of the Paisley Underground bands of the 1980's; Rain Parade, Long Ryders, Dream Syndicate as well Big Star, The Byrds, Shoegaze Indie and even a touch of Madchester/Stone Roses-isms and there's nowt wrong with that 'ar kyd.

Tom Mansi and the Icebreakers launch into 2011 with their new single ‘People Are Strange’, a rockin, rollicking version of The Doors classic track and 20 times better than Echo & The Bunnymen's pointless cover version. Taken from the forthcoming album ‘Perils A Plenty’, the title track of which is the B-Side of the single and tonight Bonanza is very proud to host the launch party.

The new album is going to finally rip things apart for the band with its alternative British Rockabilly-Punk sensibility and coming on like a Tom Waits with a rocket up his ass-like growl!

Unleashed and out of control the band are now doing just what they want, how they want, on their own terms and on their own record label, Metric Acorn Records. To ensure they got just the sound they wanted the band recorded the new album, Perils A Plenty, in their own studio with the help of legendary producer and mix engineer Tony Platt (AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Bob Marley) and comes as a follow up to their successful debut of 2008‘s album “Love on the Rails” which featured the breakthrough single „Holly”, BBC Radio 2‘s Record of the week.

Mansi has worked with Scottish Folk legend Donovan and surreal filmmaker David Lynch on a US tour which intriguingly combined music with lectures on transcendental meditation and world peace. Since then Mansi and the band have been touring the UK and Germany supporting the likes of Son of Dave, The Sadies, and The Heavy. Having made festival appearances at the Big Chill, Secret Garden Party, Larmer Tree and Glastonbury amongst others, the band has played more than 100 UK and European shows in 2009/2010. After a very successful UK seaside busking tour promoting their British Seaside single ‘Donkey, Punch and Judy’ they have plenty more UK gigs including an album launch at Madame JoJos as well as a German tour in their calendar. A video for ‘Donkey, Punch and Judy’ is a riotous Carry On style video that is a must see on Youtube.

Bonanza has discovered yet another One Man-Band and boy what a One-Man-Bijou-Boogie-unit he really is with 'more mojo than a chicken on cocaine' apparently!

Twyman is a rockin' powerhouse with gutsy vocals and twanging guitar which is bound to get the house pumping and people up and dancing. He also switches to a stripped down acoustic set and shows he has a sensitive side with an intimate and provocative take on the Blues.

Reminiscient of Classic, British Blues and R&B in the vein of early Yardbirds or the Punky Freakbeat of 60's Primitives even a whiff of Early Rolling Stones and Skiffle era Beatles but all in the One Man Band format, genius!

Standard Planets create epic symphonies that effortlessly combine elements of monolithic Drone, caustic machine Funk, Late '60's Psych, Carpathian Hillbilly, Fourth world soundscapes, Bipolar sludge and Tectonic, Teutonic Krautrock.

These guys have paid their dues having played alongside Action Beat (Southern), Anne Shenton (Add N To X), Comanechi, John Callaghan (Warp), Die Die Die, Daedalus, Tim Exile, Max Tundra, Black Devil Disco Club, Joakim, Factory Floor, and Wet Dog. The Planets multi-instrumental live show sees the band sail a spatial voyage of refracted linearity focused through inter-dimensional, universal vibrations of all consuming resonant excess ie it will blow your mind and ya socks off!

They've released a self-produced album "Providers of Utopian Energy" recorded in various cavernous warehouses and basements throughout East London as well as being played by & lt; /strong> Gideon Coe on his 6 music show even though he doesn't normally play unsigned stuff as well as regular airings on Dandelion FM and Resonance FM.

To end 2010 they play Vice Magazine's issue launch at the Old Blue Last and in 2011 they play a big Ninja tune show case in Brighton... Come and see them before they go stellar... If you like stuff like Spacemen 3, Can, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Pretty Things or Wooden Shjips you'll dig this lot.

Following an epic support slot and now legendary gig with S.C.U.M and Bo Ningen in Shoreditch plus previous headlining slots at The Rest Is Noise in Brixton Bonanza has booked KJJ a flight with the Lasers From Atlantis who will transport NW1 on a quantum leaping trip to a blissfull Nirvana with oozing waves of transcendental, cosmic, psychedelic tones and tranquilizing melodies juxtaposed with heavy, droning lightning-bolts that have been beamed from the ether for your floating in space pleasure.

Having already notched up a couple of superb singles on Woven Tones Records expect to be hearing a lot more of these guys in 2010
